INTRODUCTION
eLords is a brand new and in many ways innovative NFT project built on the Elrond blockchain. Fine art and sophisticated literary elements come together in trading cards of exceptional quality. These cards will come out in quarterly collections, each of which will thematically focus on a different country. Our revolutionary distribution model, which ensures the unprecedented transfer of the value of each collection directly into the hands of users, is what carries the entire project. This is how we want to start the long-term, sustainable growth of the eLords brand, with the ambition of eventually becoming one of the strongest and largest NFT projects on the Elrond blockchain.
THE ARTWORK
Each collection begins with an original story background. A heap of unique characters with complex stories and relationships, ready to develop into engaging stories. Our artist brings all these heroes to life with exclusive illustrations. It is the exceptional quality of our illustrations that made us decide to make our NFTs collectible cards.
As mentioned above, new original collections will come out regularly in the eLords project. They will be released quarterly, and the theme of each collection will be a different country. The story background of each collection will be unique, but the common element of all the stories will be the main characters' connection to the Elrond blockchain. Each collection will be gradually unveiled in the period before its release, so you will have plenty of time to get to know the new heroes.
But now we can't wait to introduce you to Stefan - our first eLord and the most important character in the German collection. This card literally started everything, and it will forever be a special card for us creators, too. So who is this stone-faced man?
A German entrepreneur and visionary whose life was turned upside down in his youth by a major family tragedy. As the heir to a large family company, he was suddenly put in charge of it overnight. It seemed almost impossible for this young boy with no experience to manage what his father - a seasoned businessman - did. And this was apparent in Stefan's first steps in this difficult role. Despite trying his best to follow in his father's footsteps, the company began to fail, finding itself on the verge of bankruptcy at one point. It was probably their family trait, the indomitable tenacity that resolutely rejected any thought of surrender even in the darkest hour. It was then that Stefan finally realized that simply trying to copy his father's legacy would be his downfall sooner or later. He had been fascinated by modern technology since he was a child, so that is where he decided to seek salvation for the moribund family empire. He did manage to avert the imminent danger of bankruptcy with a few imaginative innovations, but the company and family name still began to lose their significance. This all changed a few years ago, when Stefan decided to establish a partnership with Elrond. The revolutionary integration of blockchain technology into all of the company's products and processes started an unprecedented period of growth. Within a few years, Stefan became one of the richest Germans, making the family name more famous than ever. Even in this unprecedentedly successful period, Stefan remembers his difficult beginnings and stolen youth; all this shaped his hard and difficult to understand character. When the situation requires it, he doesn't hesitate to resort to unorthodox methods. He has a few dangerous skeletons in his closet, which could unpleasantly jeopardize his current success.
COLLECTION
Each collection consists of 21 numbered cards divided into five classes according to their value. The highest (legendary) class is always the 'eLord' card - the central character of the whole collection. This card with number 1 is only issued once in each edition, making it the by far rarest piece for all future collectors. The lower a card's rarity, the more copies of it there are in an edition. This brings us to 71 new cards per edition, and their exact division according to their value class is shown in the attached diagram. The entire collection is distributed through 10 such editions published over the course of 1 year. The final number of cards is always exactly 710.
CARD
The cards have a common format and they contain several important identifiers that can be easily identified. All the illustrations are incredibly detailed with a resolution of 3508 x 4888 pixels, which allows their use in A3 format without loss of quality.

ECONOMY
NFT is a rapidly evolving sector that will undoubtedly remain an important part of the cryptoworld forever. It develops extremely quickly; new trends are emerging, on the basis of which a large number of projects of various qualities are created within a short period of time. Even the very short history of the NFT industry quite clearly shows that innovative projects with new ideas can operate sustainably in the long term. Most of the other projects are for short-term speculation, disappearing quite soon.
With the ambitions we have and knowledge of the above, it is clear that we aren't here to recreate thousands of other strange randomly generated beings. We spent a lot of time inventing and fine-tuning a brand-new concept that will put the user community in the role of true partners for the first time, motivating them to participate in the project on a long-term basis. The key to all this was our decision to give up most of the distribution phase to the benefit of users and to focus on finding other stable, long-term sustainable sources of funding that will grow in importance as the community grows, instead of one-off gains. The decision to build the entire project on the Elrond network was also crucial; its features and, above all, low fees (creation and distribution of the NFT) make it perfect for our needs.
The distribution format is the most fundamental innovation that this project brings to the entire NFT sector. Only the first edition of the cards will be on sale and the remaining 9 editions will be gradually distributed free of charge to the holders of ALL already issued cards. The release of each new edition is very similar to the well-known launchpad lottery. All existing cards that are “staked” in our distribution SC will act as tickets to this lottery. The distribution of the entire collection will always take exactly one year, the individual editions will then be issued according to the schedule in the table below.

First Edition Sale
71 hidden cards will be available for a single price. Users cannot influence which card they receive, their card will be randomly selected within the SC. Although all cards have the same weight within the eLords ecosystem, the first edition cards contain two small design elements that make them more unique. In addition, a special gift will be prepared for all participants of the initial sale.
SALES FORMAT
The sales format is the latest enhancement to our business model. Demand is expected to be higher than our fixed supply (71 cards), so we had to come up with a solution to favor long-term supporters instead of speculators. Therefore, we decided to divide the sales process into priority and public phases. The priority phase will last 24 hours and will be further divided into 3 separate parts - gold, silver, and bronze. The higher the level, the greater the benefits - specifically the discount + priority position. Users will be granted access to the priority phase by holding our new ELRD tokens.
ELRD Tokens
ELRD tokens act as loyalty points for our project. They are the only way users can attend a priority sales period. They can be obtained by actively supporting our project. In the future, ELRD tokens will be regularly distributed to holders of complete collections as a part of our reward system. These tokens will be also used for discounts in our merchandise e-shop.

ELORDS VIP LOUNGE
The most loyal users, namely holders of complete collections (all 21 numbered cards) will be entitled to join this elite reward program. We have so many ideas on how to effectively motivate users to collect and hold our cards. The project's coffers should be the main source of rewards. Income from the sale of cards on the secondary market and from other future sources, such as income from the e-store or part of the fees generated from the services of the NFT hub, will be added to the coffers. We also see huge potential in the meaningful use of these funds in the Maiar Exchange, where they will generate significant, but above all also sustainable rewards streams.
ATTENTION: special events for the launch of each new collection - a competition for the eLord title of the given country. The first user to complete the entire collection at their address will win this title along with a big jackpot (the exact list of prizes will be published before each launch of the collection).
Community
In the NFT business, the community is the only factor that determines success or failure. You can have the best project or the most beautiful pictures, but if you don't arouse the interest of a sufficient number of people and start building a strong community, you don't really have anything. The value of products in the NFT industry is extremely subjective. Collecting is as old as humanity itself; people like to surround themselves with things that are deemed unique. We believe that our cards have the potential to become a modern collectible item. Unlike physical items, NFT technology opens up a whole new and unexplored universe of possibilities.
In the first phase, our main goal is clear communication of this project to the public. Our main tool will be a comprehensive website and all the common social networks - Twitter, Discord and Telegram. Essential functions will be added to our website in 2022, forming it into an NFT hub that will become the heart of the newly emerging ecosystem. We also want to start our own e-store with products inspired by our stories. Some of this additional income will always be redistributed and returned to our community as rewards for all members of eLords VIP lounge.
